BETTABETS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PREAMBLE

The Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern the relationship between Bettagaming Mpumalanga (Pty) Ltd trading as Bettabets and the Bettabets staff participating in the Brand Ambassador Program. The Terms include, amongst others, important requirements concerning the conditions under which staff may participate, as well as limitations and conditions which will apply to the relationship between the parties, and it is therefore essential that you read the Terms fully and ensure that you have understood and accepted them before establishing participation.

Bettabets reserves the right to amend and revise the Terms from time to time to, inter-alia, address legislative and regulatory changes, and changes in our business processes. When the Terms are revised and updated, we will post them on the designated platform, and it shall be the obligation of the staff to check the notices. The updated terms shall govern and control the relationship between Bettabets and the staff once they have been displayed on our platform.

INTRODUCTION

The Brand Ambassador Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for staff regarding working after hours when participating in our Brand Ambassador Programme. This offers you an excellent opportunity to generate another form of income, ensuring that you maximise your earning potential, while still maintaining your normal work responsibilities. Staff members are prohibited from engaging in any activities relating to this programme during normal working hours. (Refer to clause

DEFINITIONS

Working hours refers to the regular hours outlined in the staff member’s contract, or as specified by the company.

An ambassador refers to the ‘off duty’ staff member representing the Bettabets brand and participating in this Programme.

SCOPE

The policy applies to all staff members across all entities of the Bettabets Brand.

ACCEPTANCE

The acceptance to participate in the Ambassador Programme shall be at the discretion of Bettabets.

DURATION

Participation in the Ambassador Programme shall commence upon written notification by Bettabets and shall endure indefinitely.

Termination of participation shall become effective immediately upon written notification, by either party.

 

CODE

You shall receive your own unique affiliate code which must be used for each and every registration.

Payment shall not be made if you use an incorrect code or fail to provide your code.

PAYMENT

• You shall be renumerated for every First Time Deposit (FTD) following the registration of new and unique customers, within a calendar month.

• A new and unique customer is one who has not previously registered on any Bettabets platform.

• The minimum FTD is R20. You shall receive payment if the customer has deposited multiple smaller amounts that equate to R20, before the end of the calendar month of their respective registration.

• Payment shall be made by the 7th day of the succeeding month of registrations.

• You shall not receive payment if you have used an incorrect code and/or failed to provide your code.

• Payment shall be made for every FTD on a scale basis, as specified below: -

 

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (please refer to the Brand Ambassador Policy document for full do’s and don’ts)

When participating in this Programme, staff members are prohibited from doing so during work hours and whilst on the company premises.

Staff members are not allowed to use company resources, including equipment, internet, or company time, for any activities supporting this Programme. However, such activities should not bring the company into disrepute.

Staff members should ensure that by participating in this Programme will not negatively impact their work performance or their availability during their regular working hours.

 

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

A staff member engaging in the Ambassador Programme should maintain a high-level of professionalism.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

Staff that use their social media network for the purpose of this Programme, should ensure that their online presence aligns with the company values and does not negatively impact the company’s reputation.

 

REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENTS

Staff members are encouraged to report any concerns about violations or potential violations of this policy to their line manager or the human resources department.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

 

POLICY REVIEW

The policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to changing circumstances.

The company reserves the right to monitor staff members’ compliance with this policy, especially regarding the participating during working hours and using the company resources.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PARTICIPATION

By accepting,  you state your intention to become a Bettabets Brand Ambassador and participate in the Bettabets Brand Ambassador Affiliate Programme (the Ambassador Programme) on the above terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that the participation in this program is for your own benefit and in making use of the program you are acting on your own behalf.

You accept the terms and conditions specified in the Policy annexed hereto and confirm that you shall comply and adhere to the terms and conditions, whilst participating in the Ambassador Programme.

 

BETTABETS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM POLICY

 

1. INTRODUCTION

We value the dedication and commitment of our employees, and we recognize the potential for each staff member to act as a valuable brand ambassador. This policy outlines the "Do's and Don'ts" for staff participating in our Brand Ambassador Program to ensure you can maximize your potential earnings while maintaining your normal work responsibilities and adhering to ethical standards.

2. DO’s

Promote Ethical Behaviour

Always act ethically and with integrity. Ensure all promotions, recommendations, and interactions are honest and transparent.

Educate Yourself

Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions. Understand our platform thoroughly to provide accurate information to your network.

Be Respectful

Treat all individuals with respect and courtesy, whether they are existing customers, potential customers, or colleagues.

Use Official Resources

Utilize official marketing materials, resources, and referral links provided by the company to ensure accurate information and tracking.

Share Personal Testimonials

Share your positive experiences with the platform, but always be clear that your opinions are your own and not official endorsements.

Provide Support

Offer assistance to your referrals when needed, guiding them through the registration and deposit process. If you are unable to do so, inform the call centre team and/ or Team Leader or Manager

Disclose Your Affiliation

Clearly disclose your affiliation with Bettabets when promoting the platform to your network. Transparency is key

Comply with Regulations

Abide by all relevant laws and regulations related to online gaming and betting.

 

3. DON’Ts

No Participation in the Program at Work

Participation in the Program shall only take place outside of your working hours only.

No clerk, marketer, supervisor or store manager can solicit customers while at the terminal, within the Bettabets store or within the shopping centre where an existing Bettabets store operates.

Ensure that you comply with your duties, responsibilities and all the provisions specified in your Employment Contract.

Ensure that participation in the Program shall not affect your performance at the workplace.

Breach of this condition may cause your removal from the Program and/or disciplinary action, which may result in your dismissal.

No Pressure or Misleading Tactics

Do not use high-pressure tactics, false promises, or misleading information to encourage sign-ups or deposits. Maintain truthful transparency.

Examples below (not limited to): -

High Pressure tactics- “You must deposit today or else…”

False promises/ misleading information- “if you deposit, you will get a bonus and/ or free spins.

No Spamming

Avoid spamming your network with unsolicited messages, emails, or social media posts about our platform.

No Targeting Minors

Do not target or promote our services to individuals under the legal gambling age of 18.

No Self-Referrals

Do not create multiple accounts using your own referral links or engage in fraudulent activities to earn commissions.

No Unauthorized Branding

Do not create or use unofficial marketing materials or branding that could misrepresent Bettabets.

No Negative or Offensive Content

Avoid sharing negative or offensive content related to our competitors or engaging in any online disputes.

No Violation of Privacy

 

Respect the privacy of your network. Do not share personal information without consent (POPI Act)”.

Failure to comply may result in your removal from the program and/ or disciplinary action which can result in possible dismissal.

4. EARNINGS AND REWARDS

Earnings from the Brand Ambassador Program will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our compensation plan. These earnings will be processed separately from your regular compensation and will not affect your salary or benefits.

5. COMPENSATION PLAN

Ambassadors will be renumerated for every First Time Deposit (FTD) of a new and unique customer within a calendar month. A new and unique customer is one who has not previously signed up on any Bettabets platform.

The minimum FTD that will be considered is R20. The player can deposit multiple smaller amounts that equate to R20, if the minimum is reached before the end of the calendar month in which they signed up in. The incentive payment to the Ambassador will be as follows: -

6. MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE

Bettabets reserves the right to monitor staff participation in the Brand Ambassador Program to ensure compliance with this policy. Violations of this policy may result in corrective actions, including the termination of the Brand Ambassador relationship.

By participating in our Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to abide by this policy and act as a responsible representative of Bettabets. Your commitment to maintaining ethical standards and respecting your work responsibilities is essential to the success of this program. Thank you for your dedication and support in promoting our brand.

This policy is subject to updates and revisions as needed to align with changing circumstances and regulations. Staff members will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.   

 

 

Privacy Policy

Introduction

Palsar Capital Limited, henceforth referred to as “We” “Our” “Us” provides an affiliate programme to promote our clients on whose behalf We administer and manage the affiliate program. In this policy “affiliate” “you” and “your” refers to the individual entity that has agreed to promote the brands we provide marketing services for, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard your information.

This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with the Affiliate Programmes Terms and Conditions. By entering into any kind of contract with Palsar Capital Limited, you agree to the contents of this privacy policy. If you do not agree with any section of this privacy policy, you should not attempt to use our service.

Personal Information

We collect and process the following data from (and about) you:

  • Your name, company name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number;
  • Payment details including Electronic transfer address, and payment method owner.
  • A record of any correspondence between You and Us.

Personal information is collected for the following purposes

  • To administer the opening, management, and maintenance of accounts.
  • To enable Palsar Capital Limited to build an accurate profile of our client base and carry out statistical analysis.
  • To contact you for purposes including (but not limited to) sales reports, training, provision of promotional resources, newsletters, and other correspondence.
  • To monitor affiliate activity to ensure your compliance with the terms and conditions of the Active Wins Affiliates Affiliate Programme.
  • To monitor and process payments in relationship to your involvement in this Affiliate Programme.
  • All telephone calls to and from Palsar Capital Limited office(s) may be recorded for training and security purposes.

We implement effective processes to identify, manage, monitor and report risks and internal control mechanisms. These controls include secure systems and networks, and clear processes for privilege access rights. All data is stored securely.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our lawful basis for processing personal data include:

  • To fulfil a contract we have with you.
  • When it is our legal duty to do so.
  • When it is in our legitimate interest.
  • When you consent to it.

Who we share your personal information with

We may disclose your personal data to:

  • Palsar Capital Limited employees
  • contractors working with Palsar Capital Limited
  • regulators, and other legal authorities
  • the brands that you are promoting
  • auditors
  • payment providers
  • fraud prevention and compliance services
  • potential purchasers or investors
  • companies that you ask us to share your data with

All processing of information will be governed by the appropriate data protection laws.

Marketing

We will not send promotional or direct marketing, inclusive of email, SMS, or automated calls, without first obtaining your specific consent.

The consent requires a positive Opt-In either in electronic format, verbally or in writing. The consent will be clear and specific, granular, separate from other Terms and Conditions, name any third parties relying on the consent, and be easily withdrawable.

Data Transfers outside the EEA

We will not transfer Personal Data to recipients in Third Party countries that are outside of the EEA, or are not currently recognised by EU law as having an adequate level of legal protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects unless:

  • The Processor is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
  • The existence of any other specifically approved safeguard for data transfers (as recognised under EU Data Protection Laws) and/or a European Commission finding of adequacy can be demonstrated.

Data Retention

You may request that your Personal Data be anonymised in the following circumstances:

  • Where the Personal Data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed.
  • When you withdraw consent, if consent is being used as the Legal Basis for Processing.
  • If you object to the Processing and there is no overriding Legitimate Interest or Legal Obligation to continue the Processing.
  • The Personal Data was unlawfully processed.
  • The Personal Data has to be erased to comply with a legal obligation.

We will only retain data for the necessary time to complete the task that the data was collected for, or to meet our legal obligations.

Subject Access Request (SAR)

You are entitled to a file a Subject Access Request (SAR) to obtain a copy of the personal information which we hold about you. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, please contact your account manager, or the DPO directly, and allow up to thirty calendar days for the information to be collated and provided to you. Please note that your identity will need to be confirmed in order to complete a SAR, which may include the disclosure of other personally identifiable documentation in order to prove your identity (such as a passport scan, or valid proof of address) before commencing with the process.

Cookies

By using the Raven website, you consent to our use of ‘cookies’. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information from the browser. We use cookies and the information gained from them to analyse site usage, with this information used accordingly to improve our content and site layout and to remember your onsite preferences.

If you prefer, you can disable cookies in your web browser. The ‘help’ menu on the menu bar of most browsers will have a functionality to disable cookies.

Automated Decision Making and Profiling

Palsar Capital Limited do not use any automated systems in order to make decisions regarding your account which have any legal effect on You.

Right to Lodge a complaint

Please let us know if you are unhappy with how we have used your personal information in writing to the Data Protection Officer, who will be able to assist further with your complaint or concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Privacy Policy Status

This Privacy Policy is kept under continued review by Palsar Capital Limited and can be amended by Us at any time, and without notice to you. Whenever a change is made to the privacy policy which will affect your rights as a data subject, or change the intended processing purposes, then you will be notified directly and asked to agree to the new privacy policy. If you disagree with the changes made to the privacy policy, you retain the right to withdraw consent for future processing, as stated in the introduction to this policy.
